AddNeo ConsulTech India Private Limited (“AddNeo”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality and security of personal information entrusted to us by individuals and organizations participating in the AddNeo EV Charging Ecosystem.

The AddNeo EV Charging Ecosystem may include EV charging infrastructure, charging stations, technology platforms, digital services, business partnerships, sales channels, vendors, referral partners, franchise operations, land/property partnerships, employees, consultants and other ecosystem participants.

This Privacy Policy explains how AddNeo collects, receives, uses, stores, shares, protects and manages personal data and business-related information.

2. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to individuals and organizations associated with AddNeo, including Business Referral Partners, Vendors, C&F Partners, Distributors, Dealers, Franchise Owners, Land Owners/Property Partners, Customers and EV Users, Company Staff and Employees, Directors and Management, Investors, Advisors, Consultants, Technology Partners and other ecosystem participants.

It applies to information collected through AddNeo websites, applications, EV charging platforms and stations, partner onboarding systems, WhatsApp and other communication channels, digital forms, contracts, KYC processes, recruitment systems, events, campaigns, customer support and other AddNeo business processes.

3. Identity Information

Full name, photograph, date of birth where required, gender where legally or operationally required, signature, government-issued identification details, PAN, Aadhaar-related information where legally permissible and necessary, driving licence or other identification documents, and authorized representative information.

4. Contact Information

Mobile number, WhatsApp number, email address, residential address, business address, registered office address, communication address, emergency contact information where required, website and social-media/business-profile information.

5. Business and Professional Information

Company name, business type, designation, business registration information, GST information, PAN, CIN/LLP information where applicable, business address, industry/category, professional qualifications, work experience, business references, authorized signatory information, partnership information, sales territory, distribution territory, franchise information, dealer information, vendor information and business performance information.

6. Financial and Transaction Information

Where necessary for business, payment, commission, settlement or contractual purposes, AddNeo may collect bank account details, account holder name, IFSC, UPI information, payment transaction information, invoice information, tax information, commission information, partner settlement information, purchase and sales records and refund information. AddNeo will not request passwords, ATM PINs, CVVs or other authentication secrets that it does not legitimately require.

7. EV Charging Information

EV user account information, charging session information, charging station used, date and time of charging, energy consumed, charging duration, transaction amount, payment status, vehicle-related information voluntarily provided, charging history, location of the charging station, technical information related to charging sessions and customer support history.

8. Land Owner and Property Information

Name of property owner, contact details, property address, property ownership-related documents, property dimensions, site photographs, site location, parking information, electricity availability, site feasibility information, NOC/permission information, lease/licence information, bank/payment details and agreement/contractual information.

9. Employee and Staff Information

Name, contact information, photograph, address, educational qualifications, employment history, resume/CV, government identification information, PAN, bank details, attendance information, performance information, training information, employment documents, payroll and statutory information, and emergency contact information.

10. Information Collected Automatically

Depending on the platform or service, AddNeo may collect IP address, device information, browser type, operating system, application version, login information, session information, device identifiers, website/application activity, error and diagnostic information, date and time of access, security logs and similar technical information.

11. Information Received From Third Parties

AddNeo may receive information from authorized business partners, referral partners, vendors, dealers, distributors, franchise partners, land owners, customers, payment service providers, financial institutions, government or regulatory authorities, recruitment agencies, technology service providers, business verification services and publicly available sources.

12. Purpose of Collecting Information

AddNeo may process personal information for account and partner onboarding, KYC/KYB verification, contract execution, EV charging services, payment processing, customer support, partner management, vendor management, sales-channel operations, franchise operations, referral programs, commission calculation, business reporting, financial reconciliation, security, fraud prevention, compliance and service improvement.

13. Marketing and Promotional Communications

AddNeo may communicate information about EV charging products, charging stations, business opportunities, partner programs, dealer/distributor opportunities, franchise opportunities, referral programs, events, offers, new services and ecosystem announcements. Where consent is required, AddNeo will seek appropriate consent. Users may request cessation or withdrawal of consent for marketing communications, subject to applicable law.

14. WhatsApp and Other Communication Platforms

AddNeo may use WhatsApp, email, SMS, telephone and other communication platforms for business communication. Where WhatsApp Business or another third-party platform is used, the third party’s privacy policy and terms may also apply. AddNeo does not control how an external platform independently processes information under its own policies.

15. Sharing of Personal Information

AddNeo may share information where reasonably necessary for legitimate business, contractual, legal, security or service purposes with authorized employees, directors and management; partners; vendors; EV charging technology providers; payment processors; hosting and cloud providers; CRM providers; communication service providers; analytics providers; professional advisors; auditors; legal advisors; financial institutions; government authorities and law-enforcement authorities where legally required.

16. Business Partner Information

Business Referral Partners, C&F Partners, Distributors, Dealers, Franchise Owners, Vendors and other partners may be required to provide information necessary for partner verification, contract execution, territory allocation, commission calculation, order processing, payment settlement, business reporting, compliance, partner support, fraud prevention and relationship management.

17. Public Business Information

Certain business information may be publicly displayed where necessary for ecosystem operations, marketing or customer discovery, including business name, category, location, contact information, website, business description, authorized services and EV charging station information. AddNeo will seek appropriate authorization where publication of personal information is not otherwise justified.

18. Data Security

AddNeo will implement reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature and risks of the information processed. Measures may include access controls, authentication, role-based access, password protection, encryption where appropriate, secure hosting, backups, monitoring and logging, security testing, confidentiality obligations, vendor controls and incident management.

19. Data Minimization

AddNeo will seek to collect and process only information reasonably necessary for the stated purpose. Participants should not provide unnecessary sensitive or confidential information through WhatsApp, email, public forms, social media or unsecured communication channels unless specifically requested through an authorized AddNeo process.

20. Accuracy of Information

Users and partners are responsible for providing accurate and updated information. If information changes, the individual or organization should notify AddNeo or update the relevant account/profile where available. AddNeo may request verification where reasonably necessary.

21. Data Retention

AddNeo may retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business relationships, fulfil contractual obligations, process transactions, maintain accounting records, meet tax and statutory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain security, establish or defend legal claims and comply with applicable law. When information is no longer reasonably required, AddNeo may delete, anonymize or securely dispose of it, subject to legal and operational requirements.

22. Data Transfer and Third-Party Processing

AddNeo may use third-party technology and infrastructure providers for cloud hosting, data storage, CRM, analytics, payment processing, communication, customer support, EV charging management, cybersecurity and business operations. Where required, AddNeo will take appropriate contractual and organizational measures regarding such processing.

23. International Data Processing

Certain technology, cloud or service providers used by AddNeo may process information from locations outside India. Where personal data is transferred or processed outside India, AddNeo will seek to comply with applicable Indian law and other applicable data-protection requirements.

24. Children’s Privacy

AddNeo’s business and EV ecosystem services are primarily intended for adults and businesses. AddNeo does not knowingly seek to collect personal data from children except where permitted by applicable law and where appropriate safeguards and consent requirements are satisfied.

25. User Rights

Subject to applicable law, individuals may have rights relating to their personal data, including rights to obtain information about processing, access relevant personal information, request correction or updating, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, request deletion where legally applicable, raise grievances and exercise other rights available under applicable law.

26. Withdrawal of Consent

Where processing is based on consent, an individual may withdraw consent by contacting AddNeo through the designated privacy/grievance channel. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal and may affect AddNeo’s ability to provide services where the information is necessary.

27. Grievance Redressal

Individuals may contact AddNeo regarding privacy concerns, personal-data requests, incorrect information, unauthorized use, communication preferences, deletion requests, consent withdrawal, security concerns and other privacy-related complaints.

28. Data Breach and Security Incident

If AddNeo becomes aware of a personal-data security incident requiring notification under applicable law, AddNeo will take appropriate steps to investigate, contain, mitigate and respond to the incident. Where legally required, notifications may be provided to affected individuals, regulators or other authorities.

29. Fraud Prevention and Security

AddNeo may process information to detect fraudulent activity, prevent unauthorized transactions, prevent misuse of charging infrastructure, protect partner accounts and customers, detect suspicious activities, investigate security incidents and enforce contractual and platform rules.

30. Corporate Transactions

If AddNeo is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, investment, sale of business/assets, joint venture, corporate reorganization or financing transaction, information may be disclosed or transferred where reasonably necessary and legally permitted.

31. Confidential Business Information

Partners may provide confidential information including pricing, business plans, customer lists, commercial agreements, sales data, technical information, financial information, site information and proprietary documents. Such information will be handled according to applicable contracts, confidentiality obligations and business policies.

32. Employee and Internal Data Access

AddNeo will seek to restrict access to employee, partner, customer and business information to persons who require access for legitimate business purposes. Employees, consultants and authorized personnel may be subject to confidentiality and information-security obligations.

33. Land Owner and Charging Station Site Data

Information collected during site surveys and EV charging station feasibility assessments may include photographs, location information, electricity infrastructure information, site dimensions and ownership/permission documents. Such information may be used for site feasibility, charging-station planning, installation, government/regulatory processes, vendor coordination, project management and commercial evaluation.

34. Partner Referral and Lead Data

Business Referral Partners may submit information about potential customers, land owners, investors or businesses. The referring partner should ensure that they are authorized to provide such information and should avoid sharing unnecessary personal information. AddNeo may contact referred persons for legitimate business purposes subject to applicable law.

35. Cookies and Similar Technologies

AddNeo websites or applications may use cookies or similar technologies for authentication, security, website functionality, analytics, performance monitoring, user preferences, service improvement and marketing where legally permitted. Where required, users will be provided appropriate choices and notices.

36. Links to Third-Party Websites

AddNeo platforms may contain links to third-party websites or services. AddNeo is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites. Users should review third-party privacy policies before providing personal information.

37. Third-Party Applications and Integrations

The AddNeo EV Charging Ecosystem may integrate with payment gateways, EV charging management systems, CRM systems, WhatsApp/communication platforms, cloud services, analytics tools, maps/location services, accounting systems, AI-enabled tools, government/compliance platforms and other technology providers. Each third party may have its own privacy terms.

38. Marketing Partners

Where AddNeo engages marketing agencies, advertising partners or business-development partners, information may be shared only to the extent reasonably necessary and permitted under applicable law. Partners must not misuse AddNeo customer or ecosystem data.

39. Prohibited Use of AddNeo Data

No employee, partner, dealer, distributor, franchise owner, vendor, referral partner or other ecosystem participant may sell AddNeo customer data without authorization; share customer databases for unrelated purposes; copy confidential databases; use partner data for unauthorized marketing; transfer personal data to unauthorized persons; use personal information for harassment or fraudulent activity; publish confidential information; circumvent AddNeo security controls; or access data without authorization.

40. Responsibilities of Ecosystem Partners

Every AddNeo ecosystem participant must provide accurate information; use personal data only for authorized purposes; protect confidential information; avoid unnecessary collection; obtain appropriate permission/consent where required; not sell or misuse AddNeo data; immediately report suspected data breaches; follow AddNeo security instructions; respect customer communication preferences; and return/delete information when required by AddNeo or applicable law.

41. Privacy by Design

AddNeo intends to incorporate privacy and security considerations into the development and operation of its EV charging platforms, mobile applications, websites, partner portals, CRM systems, customer databases, payment systems, business referral systems, franchise systems and internal applications.

42. Changes to This Privacy Policy

AddNeo may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, new services, new business models, changes in the EV ecosystem, changes in data-processing practices or security requirements. The updated policy will display a revised effective date. Where required, AddNeo will provide appropriate notice.

43. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of India. Where applicable, privacy and data-protection requirements may include the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, together with other applicable laws and regulations. The application of specific provisions will depend on their commencement, applicability and the nature of the processing activity.

44. Acknowledgement and Consent

By registering with, accessing or using an AddNeo service, platform, partner program or EV charging ecosystem service, an individual may be required to acknowledge the applicable privacy notice and, where required by law, provide consent for specified processing activities. Consent will not be treated as a substitute for another lawful basis where applicable law permits or requires processing on another basis. Users may exercise applicable privacy rights through the channels provided by AddNeo.

46. Important Notice for Partners

Business Referral Partners, Vendors, C&F Partners, Distributors, Dealers, Franchise Owners, Land Owners, Employees, Consultants and other ecosystem participants must not assume that information received from AddNeo can be freely reused. Any customer, employee, partner, vendor or prospect information received through AddNeo systems must be kept confidential, used only for authorized purposes, protected against unauthorized access, shared only with authorized persons, and deleted/returned when required.

46. Relationship With Other AddNeo Policies

This Privacy Policy may operate together with AddNeo Terms & Conditions, Partner Agreement, Vendor Agreement, C&F Agreement, Distributor Agreement, Dealer Agreement, Franchise Agreement, Land Owner/Property Agreement, Employee Handbook, Information Security Policy, Data Retention Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund/Cancellation Policy, EV Charging Terms of Use and Customer Terms of Service. Where a specific agreement contains additional privacy or confidentiality requirements, the applicable contractual requirements will also apply.
