The Idea Was Born — A Vision Beyond EV Charging
The AddNeo journey began with a founder’s vision to create a scalable EV Charging & Mobility Ecosystem that could connect infrastructure with people, businesses and technology. The initial idea was not limited to installing charging stations. The vision was to develop a complete ecosystem where EV users, land owners, charging station investors, business partners, distributors, dealers and referral partners could participate and grow together.
The vision was born. The journey began.
Learning from the Industry — Building the Foundation
With the vision in place, the next step was understanding the EV Charging Ecosystem from the ground level. AddNeo started gaining practical knowledge and industry exposure by interacting with and learning from experienced EV industry leaders, technology professionals and domain experts.
This phase helped us understand EV charging infrastructure & technology, charging station operations, location & land-owner opportunities, customer and EV-user requirements, business & investment models, distribution and channel networks, and industry challenges and opportunities.
This learning phase transformed the original idea into a practical and scalable business vision.

With increasing industry understanding and a clearer business direction, AddNeo ConsulTech India Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated to build and develop the vision into a structured business ecosystem.
The company began working toward a long-term objective: Build an integrated ecosystem that creates value for every participant in the EV mobility journey.
This became the foundation for everything that followed.
